Job DescriptionAs a Charge Nurse (LVN/RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Your primary responsibility will be to provide nursing care to residents according to physician orders and established nursing protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the CNA staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of direct resident care.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- RN or LVN license in good standing and currently active in the state.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Familiarity with local health regulations and able to comply.
$80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible schedules.
