The Assistant Manager position is responsible for leading in most aspects of the restaurant operations and working closely with the General Manager to achieve business goals.

The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 per hour.

  1. Supervising employees during a shift to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service
  2. Teaching and training team members on OPS manuals and system execution to maintain consistency
  3. Monitoring cash control, labor, and accountability to drive sales growth and profitability
