Technical Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at ITG - San Antonio Division. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting facility and division desktop equipment, as well as providing technical support to end-users.

• Implement and support facility and division desktop equipment
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies

• 1+ years of general work experience (IT or healthcare experience preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Basic certification in A+ and Microsoft Products is preferred
• Valid state driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
