Role Overview

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team at DeTar Healthcare System in Victoria, TX. As a CRNA, you will have the opportunity to practice in both care team and independent settings, providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients. Our competitive compensation package includes a salary of $280,000, workover rate, and a sign-on bonus of $90,000. Additionally, you will receive 6 weeks of PTO and a comprehensive benefits package.

DeTar Healthcare System consists of two fully-functioning acute care hospitals, DeTar Hospital Navarro and DeTar Hospital North. Our facilities have been recognized for providing quality care by the Joint Commission.
