About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Meat Team Member to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Meat Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive high-quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Prepare meat products according to established standards and maintain product quality standards.
  • Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
  • Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
