We are seeking a skilled Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects from planning to implementation. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, and be proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
  • Manage change orders and implement quality control processes
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience within the heavy civil construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes and means and methods
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and technical documents
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
