Magna-Power Electronics, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembler to join its dedicated team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in assembling electronic components onto printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) according to company specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and stage components for PCB assembly, ensuring accurate and efficient setup.
- Solder through-hole components and wiring assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate automation machinery, including wire fabrication, SMT pick & place, and 3D-AOI, to streamline production processes.
- Perform visual inspections of assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
- Assemble PCBs by following BOMs, schematics, and diagrams, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Work in a push-line assembly process to combine tasks and maximize labor efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Good mechanical aptitude and accurate use of various hand and power tools.
- Ability to use different hand and tabletop tools related to manufacturing of PCBA's.
- Execution of GDP in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of BOMs, assembly drawings, and other related manufacturing documents is preferred.
