About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trash Collector to join our team at Ally Waste Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recyclables from apartment complexes, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities
  • Collect trash and recyclables from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the dumpster
  • Take and email daily reports with photos of completed tasks
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently
  • Represent Ally Waste Services in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service to residents and property managers
Requirements
  • Have a smartphone for daily reporting
  • Be able to stand for at least 2 hours and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Have a reliable vehicle for transportation (open bed pickup truck preferred)
