Job Summary
As a Door Greeter at Forman Mills, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and direct customers to the appropriate area of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers are properly greeted and directed to the correct area of the store.
- Verify that all bags are properly checked in and that no opened food or drinks are entering the store.
- Remain in contact with store management and loss prevention via radio at all times.
- Direct customers with packages to check their items.
- Inspect contents of all employee purchases for valid receipts.
