Job Title: Indoor Playground Ambassador

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year

Bubala Indoor Playground seeks a charismatic Indoor Playground Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for families. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the facility remains clean and organized throughout the day.
  2. Check-in children and parents, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries.
  3. Create new membership accounts and process transactions efficiently.
  4. Coordinate birthday parties from start to finish, including setup and cleanup.
  5. Monitor play areas, enforcing safety guidelines and promoting a positive experience for all guests.
  6. Keep restrooms and common areas spotless during working hours.
  7. Stock supplies as needed and complete end-of-shift tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 18 years or older.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Ambassador must be personable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work requirements.
