Job Overview

Tekaccel Inc is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microservices architecture and software development, with significant experience in leading technical teams and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot, Java, and Groovy.
  • Event-Driven Systems: Architect event-driven solutions utilizing Kafka.
  • Integration Solutions: Develop and manage API-based architectures using MuleSoft.
  • Cloud-Native Applications: Build and manage applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Database Management: Design and optimize backend databases using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Application Servers: Configure and maintain servers like Wildfly, IBM Liberty, and Tomcat.
  • Scripting Expertise: Utilize basic Ruby knowledge for scripting and integrations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentor development teams.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Scalability & Security: Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Performance Optimization: Lead performance tuning and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Best Practices: Drive adherence to coding standards, design principles, and development methodologies.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on new technologies and integrate them where relevant.

Technical Competencies

  • PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL, Oracle DBA
  • Core Java, MuleSoft
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is approximately $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
