Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced construction Estimator to join our team at Foundation Crack Repair Llc. In this role, you will assist the company in completing in-home meetings with clients and writing quotes/selling repairs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record as an Estimator. You will fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations.

Key responsibilities include collecting necessary documentation such as photos, videos, measurements, finding leaks or problems in the foundation of a home, building quotes and solutions to fix them, and selling the homeowner on the repairs. You will also quote interior renovation projects for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, determine key variables for cost, conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs, gather bids and negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible prices, create and submit estimates to homeowners, and budget and forecast using appropriate software.

An estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
