Job Overview

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit.
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
