About the Role

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for shipment according to company standards. This position requires hands-on experience with warehouse management systems, RF scanners, printers, conveyors, and label applicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge receipt of merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure all orders filled are complete and correct.
  • Promote a safe and clean work environment by maintaining neat shelves, packing areas, and workstations.
  • Fold and pack filters according to work instructions and inventory requirements.
  • Swiftly move materials between workstations using pallet jacks or carts.
Requirements

This role requires:

  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Precise adherence to written and verbal directives.
  • Flexibility to adjust to production requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a workstation.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

We estimate this role to pay approximately $40,000-$55,000 annually based on industry standards.
