Responsibilities
  • One-to-one patient care in a home environment, focusing on individualized attention and support
  • Implementation of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, ensuring compliance and safety standards
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members, empowering them to support their loved ones
Requirements
  • A valid LPN license in good standing in the state where you will practice
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
  • Current CPR certification, demonstrating your commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to work independently in a home environment, with minimal supervision
