Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our guests, while also educating them on the benefits of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert waxing services to guests, including body waxing and brow shaping.
  • Analyze guests' needs and make recommendations on our full line of body and brow products.
  • Educate guests on savings opportunities through our Wax Passes options.
  • Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.
  • Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals.
Qualifications
  • Esthetics or Cosmetology License
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Capability to do all types of body waxing
  • A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of team members
  • Professional appearance at all times
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by building a rapport with guests
  • Sales experience is preferred
