Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our primary care/adult medicine teams at Evernorth Care Group. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our clinicians, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Support the clinician team in managing patient care, including making outreach calls and communicating with patients and families.
  • Lead and support the back and front office staff in addressing patient concerns and center needs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with multi-disciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including drawing blood, starting and maintaining IV infusions, and assessing and triaging immediate response events.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in person, through our electronic health record system, or by phone.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations in the clinic, utilizing organizational skills to manage patient care and health needs.
  • Accurately document patient care and information in our electronic health record system.
  • Practice in alignment with the scope of your licensure and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • RN License to practice in the state of Arizona.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • BCLS Certification.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing empathetic, quality care to patients.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry into our electronic health record system.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in the outpatient setting.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
