Cares of NY, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing grant applications and management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Grant Management: Collaborate with subrecipients to maintain and enhance services and programs, review vouchers for completion and accuracy, and develop forms and processes for grant application and spending methodology.
- Compliance and Monitoring: Evaluate degree of match between grant priority areas and system needs, participate in meetings and workshops, and maintain knowledge about HUD regulations and best practices.
- Fiscal Management: Lead fiscal committee meetings, assist in development of redirected funds application, and present fiscal updates to CoC Boards and Committees.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide strong customer service to continuum members, volunteers, and others, and communicate with Director of Grants and Contracts regarding meeting agendas and contract amendments.
- Experience: Professional setting and customer service or funding administrator role preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Skills and Abilities: Team-oriented, strong communication and leadership skills, strong writing and editing skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Cares of NY, Inc is a dynamic and growing organization. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours between 7:30am-6:00pm.
Compensation$26.44/hr.
