About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Healthcare Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, generating daily qualified patient referrals, and delivering on your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and other healthcare professionals in your territory.
  • GENERATE QUALIFIED PATIENT REFERRALS: Utilize your exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities to generate daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts.
  • DELIVER ON TARGET QUOTA: Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts, meeting or exceeding your monthly targets.
  • CULTIVATE NEW CONTACTS: Network, cold call, and present services to cultivate new contacts within each account.
  • EDUCATE FAMILIES: Provide education on care options and how A Place for Mom delivers personalized solutions to find the right senior living option.
Requirements
  • EXPERIENCE IN OUTSIDE SALES: 2+ years of experience in outside sales with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities.
  • HOSPITAL/SKILLED NURSING FACILITY SALES EXPERIENCE: Proven track record of success in hospital/skilled nursing facility sales.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF SENIOR LIVING INDUSTRY: Strong understanding of the senior living industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • RELATIONSHIP-DRIVEN APPROACH: Must be able to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and families.
What We Offer
  • UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS: Earn uncapped commissions based on your performance.
  • BASE SALARY: $80,000 per year.
