Job Opportunity

Lincoln Tech in Mahwah, NJ is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to share their expertise with aspiring professionals. No teaching experience is required, but a passion for and enthusiasm for sharing HVAC knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
  • Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
  • Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
  • Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
  • Support and communicate progress with students
  • Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma/GED
