About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable and highly reliable iOS and Android platforms for native mobile applications.

This role requires a strong background in mobile development, with expertise in test automation frameworks using XCUI for iOS or Espresso for Android. Experience with Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio and Kotlin (Android) is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in building, debugging, and supporting mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and highly reliable iOS and Android platforms for native mobile applications
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using XCUI for iOS or Espresso for Android
  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop automation frameworks
  • Support the team in adopting test automation best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in mobile development
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks using XCUI for iOS or Espresso for Android
  • Experience with Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio and Kotlin (Android)
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Fidelity Investments offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
