- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress, goals, and changes as needed.
- Provide education and support to client caregivers to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
- Manage client medications and develop strategies to promote adherence and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current PMHNP license required.
- Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services, with a focus on outpatient and tele-psychiatry.
- Ability to work with diverse age groups, including children and adolescents.
