Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport residents according to the established schedule.
- Ensure timely arrivals and departures to facilitate residents' needs.
- Assist residents during boarding and disembarking from vehicles.
- Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator and other staff to maintain accurate transportation schedules.
- Regularly monitor schedules to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
- Provide courteous reminders to residents regarding their transportation times.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed and report any issues promptly.
