We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our team at Conway Institute of Music, one of the fastest growing music schools in Arkansas and National Music School of the Year in 2017.

About the Role

As a Music Teacher at Conway Institute of Music, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for music with students of all ages and skill levels. Our music school provides a professional and organized environment, allowing you to focus on teaching and inspiring your students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach one-on-one music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to each student's musical goals and interests.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Music teaching and/or performance experience.
  • Ability to work with children, adults, and seniors of all skill levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
