Job Overview

At Hamilton Inn Inc, we are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms, delivering an exceptional experience for our overnight visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including tasks such as picking up trash, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Retrieve, stock, and store housekeeping carts efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Report any damage, mechanical issues, or missing room equipment/items
  • Participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with an even temperament
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests
  • Good eye for detail to ensure high-quality room preparation
  • Must be able to complete tasks within prescribed timeframes
Working Environment:

This role operates primarily in a hotel environment, requiring manual labor and use of cleaning tools and equipment.
