Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair complex automated machines, requiring extensive knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
- Technical Expertise: Perform milling, welding, fabrication, and use of various power tools, as well as read and interpret mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Work in various environments, including ladder work, scaffolding, rooftop, hot and cold temperatures, and be willing to work overtime on weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
- Physical Demands: Push, pull, and lift 55 pounds frequently, as well as stand for long periods.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform and document preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience that demonstrates performance competency.
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or technical fields is highly desirable.
