We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SIL Program Supervisor to join our team at Evergreen Life Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the Waiver Program, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage direct support staff to ensure optimal performance and care for individuals served.
- Analyze individual needs and implement Plans of Care to meet their unique requirements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of billing, documentation, and critical incident reports.
- Collaborate with Support Coordination Agencies to provide seamless services and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field, with some time spent in a supervisory capacity.
- Working knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2010 applications, and ability to learn other software programs as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
