About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacy professional looking to expand their career in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience and be proficient in managing retail and MTM pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as DEA and HIPAA regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, patient demographics, and medication usage.
- PharmD or MTM certification required.
- IA license required.
- Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail or long-term care setting.
