Job Overview:This position involves coordinating various laboratory tasks, including laundry product performance testing and execution of routine testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Aid in the execution of laundry product performance testing for prototype assessment and/or advertising claim substantiation.
- Execute routine testing methodologies (Stain Removal, Softening, etc), once properly trained.
- Follow standard operating procedures (washing, drying, test preparation, staining, etc).
- Independent test preparation (labeling fabrics, labeling towels, preparing stains/fabrics, etc).
- Operate instrumentation and automation.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory practices.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-oriented and organized.
- Basic computer proficiency.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
