Compensation

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Job Description

This role involves serving as a first responder on property loss situations, mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, microbial remediation, vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up, demolition, field management, and customer service.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Job Demands

The work environment is typically quiet, with occasional travel required (less than 25% of the time). The physical demands include occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, regular sitting, use of hands and fingers, reaching, talking, and hearing.
