Job Summary

Aldi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our store operations in the Northern & Central Virginia and Eastern North Carolina region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of up to six stores, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement district-wide initiatives
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to store managers
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store employees, customers, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Aldi remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
