Personal Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized financial solutions and services that meet their unique needs.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

• Associates or equivalent degree, or related experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
