Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide personalized service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient communication.
Requirements
  • 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, with a strong background in customer service and food service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • State Food Handler's Management Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required.
