**Job Summary**

Quad is seeking a skilled Perfect Binder Operator to join our team at the Lomira, WI location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and running all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable, with a focus on the gathering section.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and maintain Perfect Binders to ensure optimal performance and quality
  • Produce and maintain the best attainable quality in the gathering section
  • Display leadership skills and assist in evaluating personnel
  • Assist in evaluating production capabilities and assist the shift supervisor as required

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with Goss Perfect Binders is a plus
  • Knowledge of in-line mail experience, perfect binder operation, and mailing operation and equipment
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to read, understand, and follow binder guides
  • Ability to train and direct crew, self-motivated
  • Excellent attendance record, satisfactory job performance in current position, excellent safety record and work habits, positive attitude, and team player
  • Ability to work a compressed 3 and 4 day work week, with 12 hour rotating shifts (either 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
