About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions - Life Sciences, Composites. This is a key role that will support the Human Resources function at our Bristol, RI facility, and will be responsible for a range of activities including recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, training, and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting: Lead role in filling hourly positions, candidate communications, phone screens, scheduling interviews, updating hiring managers, creating offer letters, and extending offers.
  • Onboarding: Manage candidate care post-offer, background checks, onboarding checklist, day-one orientation, and 30/60/90-day meetings.
  • Enterprise Support: HRIS data entry, order placement for telecommunication devices, event and visitor coordination.
  • HR Systems: Run payroll, verify systems, submit help desk tickets, update records, set up new hires, ensure data integrity, and perform audits.
  • HR Metrics: Generate and report on various HR metrics (e.g., time to fill, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, engagement, training).
Additional Tasks
  • Prepare IT system needs for onboarding and assist with training documentation and general support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or Psychology from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience in Human Resources Function.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing environment in the Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive, or similar industry.
  • SHRM/HRCI Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or Psychology from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Hourly pay rate: $22.50 to $27.50 per hour
  • Periodic bonus payments/annual bonus: up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures
  • Total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized): $49,100 to $60,000
