Job Summary

As a Seasonal RN, you will align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, and implement care plans. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment, promoting safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments following practice standards, using good judgment and clinical reasoning
  • Identify patient and family needs, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly, making adjustments as needed
  • Create safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff
  • Manage emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering
What We're Looking For
  • Comprehensive knowledge of standards and procedures in nursing and patient care
  • Effective communication skills to articulate thoughts clearly and interact with diverse groups of people
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to provide quality patient care
  • Flexibility and excellent communication for sharing changes in patient health conditions promptly and efficiently
Qualifications
  • A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of one year's experience in the field of nursing
  • A valid Registered Nurse license
  • The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment
