About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer II to join our Digital Customer Experience - Platform & Engineering Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing software development in the consumer platform & software engineering area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical design, delivery, and innovation within the DCX Consumer Platform & Engineering group to support TMNA's current and future business strategies.
  • Leading 2-3 software development scrum teams to provide guidance on technologies and resources.
  • Conducting Technical Architecture and Innovation Planning for Digital Customer Experience portfolio (Roadmaps).
  • Developing System Improvement Plans and Sustainability Frameworks for various platforms in the Customer portfolio.
  • Technical consulting for Product Management teams in the Customer portfolio (overseeing end-to-end Solution Delivery).
  • Being the subject matter expert in development patterns and platforms within the Customer portfolio.
  • Maintaining highly effective and collaborative environments, driving talent strategy, and best practices across the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related discipline and/or commensurate professional work experience.
  • Expert functional work experience in the related area/s (e.g., Architecture, Software Engineering, Software Development, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). AWS experience preferred.
  • Strong Adobe AEM and Commerce architecture experience preferred.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with business executives, management, integration partners, and digital agency teams.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to management.
