The individual in this role is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness of the facility in accordance with Federal and State regulations, as well as Crossing Rivers Health policies, while adhering to Universal Precautions at all times.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, reliability, safety awareness, and effective time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas of the facility, including off-site locations.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Select appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for various surfaces.
- Properly dispose of waste, recyclables, and biohazard materials in designated areas.
- Prepare facilities for events as required.
- Operate cleaning equipment using the correct settings for each task.
- Maintain the utility closet and cleaning equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions and supply shortages promptly.
- Stay informed about departmental policies and procedures.
- Keep updated on organizational communications.
- Contribute ideas for process enhancements.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Assist with floor maintenance tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the department and organization.
