We are currently seeking a Gate Inspector to enhance operations at our terminal.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspecting tanks as they are moved in and out of the facility to document any defects or damages for liability considerations.
  • Verifying that the correct tanks are dispatched for transport, serving as a critical quality control checkpoint before delivery to clients.
  • Conducting thorough walk-around assessments of tanks prior to their departure to identify any potential defects or damages.
  • Cross-referencing tank numbers on customer work orders with actual tank numbers to ensure accurate deliveries.
  • Functioning as the final step in the quality assurance process and performing additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, enabling high-quality inspections to identify defects and damages.
  • Experience in the trucking or intermodal transportation sectors.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with a preference for G-Suite familiarity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
