Job Overview

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess AMS Catechist Certification or be willing to begin the certification process.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing RE and Catholic Formation Programs, supporting the religious education component, and ensuring compliance with Church norms.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective RE and Catholic Formation Programs aligned with the Roman Catholic Church's teachings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the community and local Catholic organizations to promote spiritual growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program participation and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field.
  • AMS Catechist Certification or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Catholic RE Coordinator/Director or 5 years teaching experience in a Catholic religious education program.
