Overview

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for learning our business from day one and developing the skills you need to succeed in a management role. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to master the knowledge and skills required to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a hands-on learning environment, receive guidance and mentoring, and get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
