Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac, renal, respiratory, and gastrointestinal disease processes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience in the acute care setting.
- Previous progressive care RN experience preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.
