CompensationThe salary for this position is $80,000 per year, plus benefits including liability insurance, paid time off, group health, dental, and vision insurance, and a matching 401K plan.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an independently licensed psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, or licensed professional counselor to join our outpatient practice. This salaried position offers the stability of a private practice without the administrative burdens. Our staff handles billing, pre-authorizations, and initial scheduling, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality therapeutic services.
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to a diverse caseload.
- Conduct intake interviews with new clients and maintain accurate records.
- Navigate electronic medical records and protect client rights.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, and adults. Experience with insurance is preferred but not required, as we have a credentialer on staff to assist with paneling and navigating insurance companies.
