About the Position

Ridge Athletic Clubs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Custodian Lead. This part-time position requires 15-25 hours of work with flexibility in scheduling. Work hours are available after business hours from Monday to Thursday (5:15am - 9:00pm), Friday (5:15am - 8:00pm), and Saturday and Sunday (7:00am - 6:00pm).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cleaning staff to maintain the fitness, common, and locker room areas.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Address any issues related to cleanliness or maintenance promptly.
