At First Children Services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to children with autism and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team.

• Work one-on-one with clients in independent and group settings to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and submit session data in a timely manner to support healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.

• Minimum of a high school diploma and willingness to complete the RBT curriculum and get certified.
• 1 year minimum of working with children.
• 1 year of working in a direct care human services profession preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shift.
