About the Position

Columbia Sportswear is a global leader in the outdoor industry, and our retail stores are the face of our brand. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to consumer questions and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
  • 2 (or less) years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
