We are seeking an experienced and skilled fly fishing guide to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a fly fishing guide, you will be responsible for leading guests on unforgettable fishing adventures in the stunning surroundings of Glacier National Park.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to share your passion for fly fishing with others while exploring breathtaking landscapes. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work independently, navigate challenging river environments, and develop meaningful connections with fellow guides and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely navigate row rafts and drift boats down Class I-III rivers.
  • Assist guests with fishing and safety gear, fish retrieval, and other essential tasks.
  • Train guests on proper fly-fishing gear use and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous whitewater guiding experience is highly desirable.
  • Completion of GRC 6-day guide school is a must.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification or Advanced Medical Certifications are required.
