Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD.

Job Summary:

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Conduct nutrition assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations to patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
• One year of hospital experience, preferred
• Possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
