Job Overview

**Behavioral Analyst - Autism Specialist**

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Behavioral Analyst, you will work closely with our behavioral team to provide support to students with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student behavior
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of student behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement data-driven interventions
  • Provide training and support to staff and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust BIPs as needed
Requirements
  • Active BCBA license
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
