Are you an early riser with a passion for safety? Blue Surf Bay Waterpark is seeking dedicated individuals to take on the role of Lifeguard during the early morning shift. This premier aquatic facility is located in Blue Springs, Missouri, and offers competitive compensation along with the chance to be part of a vibrant and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all guests and staff within the waterpark.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations effectively.
- Respond promptly to any emergency situations in various aquatic areas, including pools, slides, and lazy rivers.
Compensation: Lifeguards working the early shift will earn $17 per hour for hours worked between 4:45 am and 9:00 am. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
Training and Certification:
- Paid training and certification will be provided at no cost.
- Training includes Lifeguard Certification, First Aid, and CPR.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Maintain good physical condition and demonstrate alertness and good judgment.
Additional Information:
